🌿 A Little About Me

Hi, I’m Kristin—the founder of Alpenglow Wellness, a certified health coach, and a woman who’s lived through the kind of change that reshapes everything.

At 30, I was diagnosed with breast cancer—and discovered I carry the BRCA2 gene. At 40, I entered menopause overnight after undergoing an oophorectomy, a surgery to remove my ovaries. And at 51, I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, a result of early menopause and the long-term effects of chemotherapy.

With every challenge, I chose to turn inward, learn deeply, and rebuild—from the inside out. That journey led me to a new kind of strength and a new purpose: to help other women feel strong, clear, and supported as they move through their own transitions.

Midlife is not a breakdown—it’s a breakthrough. Like the alpenglow that lights up mountain peaks at dawn, this season of life holds its own kind of beauty, power, and clarity.
